1. Returns Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving the order.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Certain items such as innerwear, cosmetics, and final sale items are not eligible for return/refund for hygiene and safety reasons.

2. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days and credited to your original method of payment.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Product returned without original packaging or tags
  • Items damaged due to misuse or negligence
  • Return request made after the return window (7 days) has expired

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
  • In case of defective or wrong items delivered, return shipping charges will be covered by us.
